Columbia Valley Golf
The Windermere Valley is well known for it's wide variety of courses providing a great game for the beginner or a challenge for the expert. With 10 beautiful courses to choose from, including the newly developed Copper Point, Eagle Ranch and Greywolf golf courses, you will find yourself amongst a golfer's paradise in the spectacular setting of the Rocky and Purcell mountains.

Panorama Mountain Village offers a convenient location for some excellent skiing and riding, just a 20 minute drive from the Invermere Inn. Open from December till April, Panorama boasts world-class runs as well as a wide variety of slopes for every level. If you're into cross-country you will find many beautiful trails around the village. The Invermere Inn offers affordable ski packages.

Endless discoveries are waiting. The Windermere Valley provides many unique trails, both in the provincial parks and near town. Popular destinations include Mount Swansea, Paradise Basin and the Bugaboos. Or, grab your picnic basket and take a hike in the Kootenay National Park!
